There is ample free public car park adjacent to the studio just off Tannock Street. There is also street parking on Tannock Street and Doncaster Road.

We pride ourselves on our longer appointments which allows you and the practitioner to address the root cause of your aches and pains.

Generally:

• Physiotherapy – Initial Consultation is 45 minutes and Subsequent (Standard) Consultation is 30 minutes. 
• Osteopathy – Initial Consultation is 60 minutes and Subsequent (Standard) Consultation is 30 minutes. 
• Acupuncture & Cupping – Initial Consultation is 60 minutes and Subsequent (Standard) Consultation is 30-45 minutes. 

Yes! We can process private health insurance rebates on the spot with most insurers via HICAPS. 

Private and private health insurance patients do not need a referral from a GP (General Practitioner). 

EPC (Medicare), WorkCover and TAC patients will require a referral from a GP. 

WorkCover and TAC patients also need to bring an approval letter from the insurance company which contains the claim number and written approval for the required services.

We accept payments made via Credit Card and Paypal. 

Yes, our prices already have 10% GST added. 

We ship Australia wide. At the moment, we do not ship internationally. 

We ship through Australia Post and these are the time frames* they have set as a guideline:

• Standard post (VIC): 2-5 business days 
• Standard post (All other states): 3-6 business days
• Express post (ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC): 1-2 business days 
• Express post (WA): 1-3 business days
