When will my order be dispatched?

We are so excited for you to receive your Kobodi products which is why we endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. 

When can I expect my delivery?

We ship through Australia Post and these are the time frames* they have set as a guideline:

  • Standard post (VIC): 2-5 business days 
  • Standard post (All other states): 3-6 business days
  • Express post (ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC): 1-2 business days 
  • Express post (WA): 1-3 business days 
  • Express post (NT): 3-5 business days 

*Please note: These time frames may be affected due to the current pandemic. 

Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia wide. At the moment, we do not ship internationally. 

Can I order in bulk?

We would be happy to fulfil your bulk order. Please email hello@kobodi.com to arrange the order and delivery option. 

Where can I find my tracking number?

Please visit My Account > Orders, then click on the order. The tracking number will be available here after posting. Alternatively, please check your email. Australia Post may send you an email once they have received and fulfilled your order. 

How can I check the status of my order?

Please visit My Account > Orders, then click on the order.
The status will be visible on this page. For more information, click on the order in the list.

Can I change the delivery address?

Please email us as soon as possible at hello@kobodi.com after placing your order if you wish to change the delivery address. We cannot guarantee we will be able to fulfill your request if your order has already been dispatched.
