Damaged or Faulty Product
In the unfortunate instance you’ve received your Kobodi product in a faulty or damaged state, email us within 14 days at hello@kobodi.com with your order details and some photos of the damaged product. Then we can arrange either a refund or replacement.
Change of Mind
If you’ve purchased any of our Kobodi products and have changed your mind once you’ve received them, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchasing. Return shipping will also be at the cost of the customer and you will assume all risk for lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. Please email us at hello@kobodi.com to check that you qualify for a refund before sending back.
Adverse Reactions
In the unfortunate (and highly unlikely) incident that you experience adverse reactions to any Kobodi products, email us at hello@kobodi.com with the details of your reaction and which product was used, right away. Our products have a shelf life of 12 months so if your product has exceeded this period, we recommend ceasing use right away as we can’t guarantee the results after this time.
